Induction Melting

	Induction Melting Melting and casting is a fine feeling for metals, craftmanship and modern technology. As per customer's material requirement the melting process is carried on. We have three 500 Kg. Induction Furnace.
	Metal Pouring Moulted material is poured in centrifugal die/cavity to get the required structure. Pouring process is done in two-stage big ladle pouring and indusial pouring according to product weight. Some additives are also added during pouring to get defect free casting.
	Centrifugal Process Centrifugal Casting consists of producing castings by causing molten metal to solidify in rotating moulds. The required shape of the liners is achieved with particular die. We have inhouse centrifugal casting die facility. Centrifugal casting has greater hardness & reliability than static casting.
	Shell Mould Casting Shell Mould casting gives us near-net shape casting with excellent surface finish and improved dimensional tolerances. The Shell Moulded process provides customers with the best quality air cooled block.

Machine Shop

We perform outer diameter of liner on CNC machine, which is gives high accuracy in dimensional parameters, surface roughness parameters and geometrical parameters. A main benefit of final OD CNC Turning is to minimize cycle time, repeatability of quality and consistency product.
